Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on gardenguideus.com infringes a copyright you own, send a written notice to our designated contact that includes the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL on gardenguideus.com where it appears

Our Review Process

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the request, remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing, and make a reasonable effort to notify the party who posted or submitted the material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your name and contact information, identification of the removed material and its original location on the site, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake. Send counter-notifications to the same email address above.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users or contributors who are the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices.
